the front desk staff were all friendly and excellent customer service, breakfast was great, property was located just right for our stay in the area, the pool area was nice unfortunately we were not able to enjoy as there was a lighting in the area

The staff was helpful and friendly. Much appreciated. Clean, quiet inside and I liked being at the end of Main Street instead of crowded in what looks like restaurant/hotel row.

A very nice selection of breakfast items, including do it yourself waffles. We ate here several times. Great value.

They are remodeling the main floor. The rooms had all just been remodeled and were very nice. However, because of the remodeling, the breakfast was in a different area. We had a delicious breakfast though with everything included. By the time I fill out this review, the hotel is probably done with the remodeling. The staff was very kind and accomadating. I would definitley stay there again when in Durango.

It’s a Hampton! They are nearly always the best place to stay! The lock on our door died while we were away. At 915 pm the maintenance manager came from his home to get it taken care of for us!

Excellent. The lady handling breakfast was A++ . Worked hard keep food available, kept tables clean etc. all while handling a tour bus group. I was so impressed I tipped her $20 for my one breakfast. The actual food was good for a hotel breakfast, but the service and presentation earned my EXCELLENT.
